Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged a business through the WhatsApp chat bot service (the “Service”) and want your data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the same context you messaged us in, or include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact the business.
2. State that you want your data deleted.
3. We will locate and delete the associated WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message history, and any lead-capture answers tied to your conversation.

What gets deleted

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name on file
• Stored message history and session state
• Lead-capture answers (name, budget, contact details, etc.) collected during the chat

Technical webhook logs are already deleted automatically on a rolling retention schedule (typically 30 days) and are not retained beyond that window.

Turnaround time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them and will confirm by email once complete.
