Numbered menus

• Build the menu tree in the Menu builder tab: where each step appears, its label, and its type.
• Each customer’s current menu step is remembered between messages.
• Customers reply “main” to return to the root menu or “exit” to clear their session.

Lead capture steps

A capture step asks a free-text question, for example “What’s your budget?”, saves the reply under a field key you choose, and moves on to the next configured step.

Review every journey

Menu steps, captured answers, and commands are logged per customer, so you can follow the full conversation. The Leads tab lists everyone who has messaged the bot and highlights new leads until you mark them contacted.
