These terms govern your use of the WhatsApp chat bot service (the “Service”) operated by CodeCraft Labs. By messaging a business number connected to the Service on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

The Service automates responses to WhatsApp messages sent to a business, including menu navigation, FAQ answers, and lead-capture flows. It runs on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Send messages on behalf of anyone other than yourself without authorization

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated responses may be inaccurate or unavailable at times; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCraft Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
